A striking mid-century Dutch highboard designed by Louis Van Teeffelen for WeBe, combining clean Scandinavian-influenced lines with rich teak grain. Expertly crafted in the Netherlands, it mixes teak veneer with solid hardwood details for durability. This 1960s statement piece offers practical storage and display: an upper sliding-door cupboard to the left, an open shelf beneath for books or ceramics, and a right-hand double cabinet with original decorative sail-motif plaques and a keyhole. Four wide drawers run along the base, each with Van Teeffelen’s signature half-moon recessed pulls. The cabinet stands on elegant tapered legs with a shaped apron and stretcher, giving it a light, floating silhouette. At 200cm wide x 50cm deep x 118cm high, it works beautifully as a dining-room highboard, media unit, or refined home-bar. Professionally cleaned and ready for styling, it presents in good vintage condition with only light, age-related wear. Perfect for modern, Scandinavian, or true mid-century interiors.
